Covid-19 Safety

SAFE CHAUFFEUR TRAVEL DURING COVID–19

During the Coronavirus pandemic, we have remained open, and continued to provide our clients with the same exemplary level of service they have always expected from us, even through these difficult times.
To achieve this, we have enhanced our procedures to protect the health and safety of our passengers during their journey.

We have always placed a great deal of importance on the cleanliness and presentation of our vehicles.

However, we are now taking additional steps to ensure our passengers can travel with us with full confidence that the vehicle they are using has undergone a deep clean, and that they are entering a safe and sterilised environment.

COVID-19 TRAVEL PROCEDURES AND PREPARATIONS: CLEANING AND PASSENGER REQUIREMENTS

All vehicles are thoroughly cleaned inside and out before undertaking each individual booking, as has always been the case.

All internal surfaces are now treated with a long lasting antimicrobial spray, which is proven to kill a wide range of pathogens, including SARS-CoV-2.

Face marks will be provided to passengers if required, and we will follow the government’s prevailing guidelines at all times.
Antimicrobial hand sanitiser will also be provided at the start of the journey and throughout.
For bookings that last a full day or involve multi stops, such as roadshows, fresh face coverings will be made available.

The vehicle will be re-sanitised throughout the day when required.

Clients will always have the same chauffeur during any booking longer than a single day.

Complimentary water will still be available during journeys, and unused water will be disposed of at the end of each booking.

COVID-19 TRAVEL PROCEDURES AND PREPARATIONS: CHAUFFEUR PRECAUTIONS

All drivers will be instructed to follow the government’s prevailing advice.

Chauffeurs who feel unwell or display any known symptoms of COVID-19 will automatically be removed from service.

Clients can request that any luggage handled by their chauffeur is treated with an antimicrobial spray before being returned to them.

We review our procedures on a regular basis, and our regulations will be updated based on the latest available government and scientific information.

At all times, the safety of our passengers and chauffeurs will be at the forefront of any changes we make.
